For me, the iPhone was the point of entry into an unexpected world of visual experience and exploration. The camera dazzled me from the very first back in 2008. As time went on, I began seeing images everywhere, noticing shadows and colors and shapes in new ways. What had been ordinary seemed suddenly extraordinary. As I saturate for this exhibit, say, a shot of an ancient farm building, its weatherbeatenness is preserved and yet subjected to a new coat of paint.
