Marieke’s focus on form and composition is driven by her interest in architecture. Working from her own photographs and often incorporating found objects, Marieke’s work reflects the building style of the country in which she resides. Having lived all over the world, Marieke’s work captures a wide variety of cultures, yet retains a signature style founded in spatial relationships and well balanced compositions.
