A participant is registered when YoloArts has received a complete registration form, full payment and a signed waiver of liability. We reserve the right to refuse a registration if the participant does not meet age minimum requirements as set out by the class description. Registration will be confirmed via email. If you do not receive email confirmation, please call 530.309.6464 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please bring your confirmation letter on the first day of class.
If a participant wishes to withdrawal, they must do so in writing by emailing email@example.com. If a participant withdraws at least 7 days prior to the first class a full refund will be issued, minus a $25 processing fee. Withdrawals occurring within 7 days prior will receive a refund of 50 percent of the total fee. Class registration fees cannot be prorated due to absences. Full refunds are only given on the occasion that YoloArts must cancel a class.
YoloArts reserves the right to cancel classes, to change instructors, and to make other changes that may become necessary to ensure a quality experience for participants. When enrollment is below the minimum five days prior to the first day of class, there is a strong possibility that the class will be cancelled. In the event that a class is canceled, we will contact all registrants and offer a full refund.
Once an instructor’s maximum enrollment is reached, names will be placed on a wait list and participants will be notified only if an opening occurs.
