Sac Open Studios in Yolo: An exhibition hosted by YoloArts

YoloArts is pleased to host a Sac Open Studios satellite exhibition. Yolo County artists participating in this year’s Sac Open Studios event were invited to showcase their artwork at Gallery 625. The collection of artworks by 6 local artists includes paintings, screenprints and ceramics in a range of artistic styles. The upcoming exhibition features artwork by Raffa!, Linda S. Fitz Gibbon, Betsy Gill, Andre Janitzky, Rodolfo Orihuela, and Manuel Fernando Rios.

Sac Open Studios is an annual event presented free to the public by Verge Center for the Arts. In its 20th year, Sac Open Studios is a FREE self-guided studio tour with over 200 participating artists in Sacramento and Yolo counties. Participating Yolo County artists will have their studios open to the public on September 13-14 from 10am-5pm. Visit sacopensstudios.com for a full artist directory and map.

The artists will attend the opening reception held on Friday, September 5th, 5:30-8:00 p.m., coinciding with the downtown Woodland First Friday event. Light refreshments, Yolo County wine, and live music by Harold Sexton will round out the reception which is free and open to the public.

The exhibition continues at Gallery 625 through November 4th.
