Support YoloArts
YoloArts is the independent nonprofit arts council for Yolo County, and is dedicated to sustaining, strengthening, and advancing its creative community. Designated by the County as its official local arts agency, YoloArts is our community’s leader and direct provider for the arts and arts education.
We support our community through the arts because we understand that in places where culture thrives, so do its people. Invest in the creative future of Yolo County by donating today.
A Glimpse of your impact:
- $50 supports a FREE open studio session for our youngest creatives.
- $100 sends a professional teaching artist to visit a classroom.
- $200 sponsors a classroom Field Trip to the Gibson House and Barn Gallery with an arts workshop.
- $400 sustains the bi- annual master art workshops on Yolo County farms.

Using appreciated stock or mutual funds is a tax-wise way to fund your gift to YoloArts. Gifts of appreciated securities held longer than one year are exempt from capital gains taxes and for outright gifts entitle the donor to a tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the securities at the time of transfer.
To avoid exposure to capital gain tax, the stock must be transferred to YoloArts. We then sell the stock from our account.
To make a current gift of stock, please contact YoloArts broker Edward Jones.
