Mark Steel Wool Salinas is the Public Art Manager for the City of Berkeley and a practicing public artist based in Woodland. He previously served as a columnist for PBS Reno Art Views, where he amplified BIPOC artists and cultural voices across Nevada and Northern California. His artwork has been featured in the The New York Times, Time Out New York, and Hyperallergic.
